Who is Silver Creek Dental Partners?

We are a boutique Dental Support Organization (DSO) formed to pursue affiliations with prominent practices in California.  We do so by creating thoughtful partnerships with Doctors based on specific guiding principles:

  • Focus on Culture: We believe Doctor and team satisfaction is critical to successful practices.  Silver Creek maintains the organizational missions of its offices while rigorously promoting their cultures.  As a result, we ensure maximum retention among our Doctors, team members and patients.
     

  • Clinical Autonomy: Lots of DSOs say it, but we actually do it.  Silver Creek offers Doctors the ability to maintain the clinical
    standards and personal treatment philosophies that are integral to their practices.
