What are Silver Creek's criteria for practices?
Although we are always open-minded, we typically affiliate with general dentistry practices with the following criteria:
Collections
A minimum of $700,000 of annual collections (no upper limit).
Local Market
Based in, or easily commutable from, major MSAs (populations > 250,000).
Operatories
At least 4 installed operatories (ideally with path to 5 operatories through plumbed physical space).
California Markets
Located in San Diego, Orange County, Riverside, Sacramento or elsewhere in California.
Ownership
Currently owned by Doctor(s) and/or their immediately families.
Payors
Cash-pay and/or PPO Insurance-Driven patients only (no Medicaid-Sponsored Payors or DHMOs).
